Tuesday &  Thursday @ 4:30pm (ages 13-17) 

What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit kids teaches your kids to be fit, healthy and active in a fun, supervised community setting. Our program is specifically designed for kids and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Children and Teens participate in fun engaging constantly varied workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes. We use a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to build strength and conditioning in children. CrossFit kids can be used to supplement your child’s other extracurricular athletic activities or in place of it! 

Our Crossfit Kids classes cover ages 8-12 and include a dynamic warm up, skill development, workout, and game. Each class is approximately 1 hour long. 

What is Crossfit Teens?

CrossFit Kids for Teens is geared and designed for the specific developmental needs of the teenage population. Our program teaches proper form and mechanics in functional and athletic movements in classes that are different every day. Each child is instructed at his or her level, allowing each individual to experience challenge and reward every class. CrossFit trains teens to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy). These skills are the base for any sport or discipline your child may pursue. In doing so, our training prepares them for  excellence in sport, and more importantly, in life.

Our teen classes cover ages 13 to 17 and include a dynamic warm up, skill development, and a workout. Each class is one hour long.
